It starts with a conversation, a thought, a direction. After that we spend three hours together, in person or virtually, looking at your space that sense to your home.

No prep required on your end, and no judgment when I walk in. Just a focused, hands-on session built entirely around you — your room, your people, your actual life — using the same Montessori-based methodology that goes into every TOPE 805 project.

In the session, I evaluate how the space is actually being used, identify what isn't working and why. From there we get to work building something that does. Not a generic system, not a styled photo opportunity, but a functional environment designed around the specific humans using it every single day.

After the initial session, the work continues at an hourly rate — because some spaces need a little more time, that should never mean starting over.

  • Brief calls and emails for up to three weeks after the session. Because real life happens after the organizer leaves — and I don’t disappear when the work is done.

  • Need more time in the space? The session continues at an hourly rate so you're never left halfway through.
